1. What is your current turnaround time?
-Our current turnaround time is 10-15 BUSINESS days to ship. Please keep in mind everything is handmade between a very small team.
2. Once my order is placed, do you allow refunds or order changes?
-Due to all our items being handmade and fabric costs we DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS OR NO ORDER CHANGES. Once an order is placed you can not receive a refund for that order. We do not do size changing, style changes, etc. We recommend to size up.
2. Can I return my item?
-Unfortunately, since everything is handmade we do not accept returns. If an item is damaged you have 48 hours from the time you received the item to contact us of any damage of your item. We ask that you ship your item back and we will resolve the issue.
3. What's the best way to contact you?
-We can be contacted through our email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow 48 hours for a response Monday-Friday during working business hours.
4. What sizes do you carry?
-In most items sizes run from 0-3 months all the way to 7/8 kids.
5. Do you carry boy items as well?
-Some weeks we will be including unisex prints. Boy styles come in tees, sweatshirts, and joggers.
6. My tracking number still hasn't updated, what is going on?
-Once we create a label for your package you will receive an email with your tracking information. The information does not update until USPS scans the item. Please allow 48 hours for it to update.
7. My item says delivered but I did not receive it?
-Once an item leaves our hands and scans with USPS we are not responsible for them. You will need to contact your local post office. All our labels are printed and include the address you included on your order. If the address is wrong we can not be responsible for wrong shipping addresses.
8. How do I become a brand rep?
-We search about every 2-3 months for new models to add to our team. There will be an announcement on our Facebook VIP group when we are searching for new reps, so make sure you go and join!
